Orders + Returns
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a shipped order email including a tracking number.
Sometimes USPS prematurely lists a package as delivered. Let’s wait a day to see if it shows up. In the meantime, check with your neighbors. If your package does not show up please email us at email@example.com and we'll gladly help you out!
We are generally unable to update items once your order is placed, but will do our best to accommodate your change.
If you see an error in the shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will try to update your shipping address before the order ships.
Please email email@example.com ASAP! We will do our best to cancel it if it hasn’t shipped yet.
If something doesn’t fit or feel right, let us know within 30 days from the date you receive your order and we’ll give you a refund or help you exchange your order. Please note only unworn and unwashed items are eligible for return.

For sanitary purposes, masks and some accessories are final sale.
As we are a small business we aren't yet able to offer free returns. Returns have a $5 restocking fee, exchanges are free.
Orders are shipped 100% recyclable packaging. Our recycled paper mailers and boxes are curbside recyclable, and printed on with Algae Ink™. Pieces arrive wrapped in recycled tissue paper attached with recycled + recyclable hangtags.

Shipping is always free on orders over $75. For orders less than $75, flat rate shipping is $7 anywhere in the country and expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
